You are in your prime my doctor told me and that most ruined their bodies in their 20s to get pregnant, stressed out, neglecting their health mentally and physically because they felt pressure and wanted to follow the crowd. I didn't. I still look the same I did at 20. 10 years, if you are careful does not age you. My whole family waited in their late 30s to procreate, focusing on their health, career, traveling and freedom. We all look healthy feel great while others seem jealous and envious. Yes wear sunscreen, yes eat well and exercise. Follow the basics which most idiots fail to retain younger.

Not all self tanners are horrendous. Youre obviously not doing enough homework.

I never had alcohol, no smoking, no caffeine, no tanning entire life and don’t go out in son without sunblock. Yes I don’t have a single wrinkle yet i am 47, however if this all was true I should look very young but I don’t. In my 30s I looked so attractive without any make up or moisturizer but now beauty hormones decreasing everything decreasing. 😑
